Tell us about a listing that isn't right.
If a listing is inaccurate, unsafe, or looks like a scam, report it. Reports are read by a person, and you do not need a booking to file one.

What to report
- Inaccurate listing — wrong photos, wrong area, missing amenities, or a property that does not match what was advertised.
- Misleading pricing — a price that changes on contact, or fees that were never disclosed.
- Suspected fraud — a request to pay off-platform, a duplicate of another host's listing, or a property that does not exist.
- Safety concerns — undisclosed cameras, missing fire safety, unsafe access, or an unsafe neighbourhood claim.
- Conduct — harassment, discrimination, threats, or a host who will not honour a confirmed booking.
- Content — stolen photos, offensive language, or anything unlawful in the listing itself.
How to report
Signed in? Use “Report this listing” on the listing page, or “Report” inside the conversation — it reaches the same queue. Otherwise email trust@staybee.in with the subject line "Report — <listing name>". The more of the following you include, the faster we can act:
- The link to the listing, or its exact title and area.
- What is wrong, in your own words.
- Your booking dates, if you have a booking.
- Screenshots, photos of the property as you found it, or copies of off-platform messages you received.
- A contact email or number we can reach you on.
What happens next
- You get an acknowledgement, normally within one business day.
- Urgent safety reports are triaged the same day, and we may unlist the property while we look into it.
- We contact the host for their account of it — without revealing who reported, unless we need to and you agree.
- We restore the listing, ask the host to correct it, or remove the listing and the account. You are told the outcome.
If you are in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first — 112 in India. Get to safety, then report to us so we can act on the account. Do not wait for our response before protecting yourself.
Reporting in good faith
Reports made honestly never count against you, even if we find nothing wrong. Reports filed repeatedly and in bad faith — to damage a competing listing, for instance — are themselves a breach of our terms.
